Who is responsible for your information?
BodyBillboard is an independent pre-launch product operated by its founder. BodyBillboard is not described on this website as a limited company. The operator is responsible for personal information handled through this website. For privacy questions, email phy@bodybillboard.co.
What we collect
The website does not currently provide an online early-access form. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and any name, challenge details or other information you include. Please do not send health information, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use information you send voluntarily for managing early-access registrations, product research invitations and BodyBillboard launch communications. We process it because you asked us to respond or requested those communications. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Hosting, analytics and cookies
Render hosts this static website. BodyBillboard has not installed analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking, and the site does not set non-essential cookies. Render states that static sites do not emit request logs to customers, although Render may process technical service and usage data under its own privacy terms.
International processing
Render is based in the United States and says its services are primarily processed there. Render states that transfers from the UK are covered by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, when that does not apply, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses. Email provider
Messages sent to the published BodyBillboard address are handled through Zoho Mail. Zoho says it may process or store personal information in the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where it operates, using appropriate data-protection agreements for transfers. How long we keep it
Because the online form is disabled, BodyBillboard does not store waitlist submissions through this website. Email correspondence is kept only while it is needed to respond to your request and manage the communications you requested. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may withdraw consent where consent applies. Email phy@bodybillboard.co to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
